DV NTSC 24p Final Cut Pro Settings

What settings should I use when capturing 24p footage with final cut pro?
What timeline settings should I use for editing the footage.
It seems like I can only capture 29.97? what am I doing wrong?

if your shooting 24p normal you capture with normal capture settings (same used for capturing 60i) and you edit in a standard 29.97 timeline.

If your shooting 24p advanced you capture with the DV-NTSC 24p (23.98) Advancd Pulldown Removal to Capture and you'll edit in a 23.98 timeline.
