I really need some help here. After using my lens adapter over the following week I noticed a fixed blemish on my images (and on the LCD screen). Now this spot is only present whilst using the lens adaptor. I dismantled the lens adaptor and found what was causing the problem. there is a tiny piece of metal inside the lens pictured:

However I cannot get inside to remove it. As you can see the screw is on the inside of the lens as well and there seems like no easy way to remove the metal shard? How on earth do i gain access to the inside of the lens in order to clean it?
Any advice on this would really be appreciated as I am shooting a music video with this over the next week! Really need a fix!
