Dump P2HD to internal tape SD

Sorry for this post. I'm out of town and I forget how to transfer my HD footage to the internal tape drive. I have the procedure back in my studio, but I just can't find the original post by Barry several years ago.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Put it in tape mode, and then go into the PC/DUB mode (by holding the button down). Turn on the thumbnails to choose the right clip, turn off the thumbnails to get into the menus to set up the system for your particular clips.
