Duel Adapter Failure

Has anyone else had problems with Duel Adapter Failures?

We have been using one on a Mac Book Pro for a while but all of a sudden it has stopped working - reinstalled drivers etc with no luck. Bloodly pain in the arse when it failed because we were in the field, just as well we could copy direct from the camera, but it's real slow and takes the camera out of action.

Yes, had to swap mine out under warranty. Must have had a bad cable. It was progressive. Sometimes it would work, then it would not, until it died. Got a replacement and it works great. Maybe the first units were not as robust.

Last week the same thing happened to me. I thought it was my slot, but it was the adapter. It was weird because it stopped working after I changed a P2 card out. I think it's under warranty still.
