Dual Layer Problems with Disc Makers - urgent, please help

I recently finished a project on a DVD Dual layer disc using Sony Architect Pro 4.5. I sent off the Disc to Disc Makers and they said they cant see the info on the disc so they suggested using a different brand disc. I grant them their requests and with it I send several different discs.
Disc 1- Burned from Sony Architect 4.5.

Disc 2- I took disc 1 and ripped the info off with Magic DVD Ripper and used Nero to burn the info back onto another disc. (Different brand of disc)

Disc 3- Same as 2 but on different brand

Disc 4- Same as 2 but on a third different disc

Disc 5- Data DVD with the info that I ripped off of the First disc using Magic DVD Ripper.

They are saying they cant see any info on any of these discs. I checked the discs in my DVD player before sending them out.
Has anyone else experienced these problems with Disc Makers and how did you correct it? Thanks

Brian,
Have you viewed the DVDs on a regular set top player as well as your DVD recorder in the computer? Are they saying that the discs are blank or corrupted in some way?

Yes I viewed in a regular DVD player. Several in fact. The oldest one being a Playstation 2 bought back in 01 and a new DVD player bought a few months ago. Opens on all my DVD players in fact. They are saying that there may be a problem with the disc or the authoring of the discs.

Maybe they thought you said dual-sided, and keep putting the disks in upside down.
