I'll kick it off and post mine. Built from bits from different manufacturers.
List of parts:
Cavision rails and shoulder support
Gini tripod baseplate and camera baseplate (with Giottos quick detach)
ViiColor 90 degree connectors and handles
CineCity Mattebox (Vocas clone, and a very good one!)
Manfrotto Nanoclamp (a must have) and generic articulating arm
Juicelink DT454
Luckily I already had all the parts so I built this rig when I got my 550D a few weeks ago. The only things I bought especially are the DT454 and Videomic. Although I usually always use my NTG2 through the Juicelink. Videomic is only there for when I'm by myself shooting doc style stuff.
I do not use a monitor or a loupe. My Lilliput 668GL is next to useless with the 550D but I am considering a loupe if I can find one at a decent price. I might just get a pop-up sunshade though as I can focus OK as is.
