DSLR Digifinder Question

Love the concept but I can't keep mine attached, even tried ( I know... I'm stupid ) small drop of super glue in each corner on screen. Didn't work.

Do any of you use such an item as the digifinder and if so how do you secure it to your dslr.

Not sure what you are doing. But I don't think it's a good idea to glue something directly to an LCD. I have a frame affixed to the sides of the LCD, and whenever need be, I click the viewfinder onto the frame. The frame uses something similar to 3M adhesive, and can be peeled off later if I so decide.

I think if you look at my pic in my post you will see the 3m tape, that is what I did too... and the frame is what is attached and then I click it on just like you said, as you can clearly see, it pulls away from the lcd screen. Take a look at the pic, I think you'll see what I'm saying... mine won't stay attached....
 
This is a "you get what you pay for" situation. The real Z-Finder which costs about 5X what the digifinder does has a gorilla plate that mounts to the bottom of the camera that then accepts the finder very securely.
 
This was recommended to me, I'd gladly pay 5x the amount wasn't trying to be cheap... where do I find the other one?
 
I googled up the Zfinder, question is, can I still use my Jag rail system with this, how do both mount looks like it's a Zfinder or shoulder mount that both won't fit...
 
Does the rail system have a vertical adjustment? The gorilla plate will raise the camera slightly maybe 1/2 or 1/3 inch. It has a hole on the bottom (gorilla plate) just like the camera so you would mount your quick release plate or rig to the gorilla plate just as you would the camera. The only issue should be the camera being slightly elevated.
 
Not sure. Personally, I don't want to stick anything to my $3K camera with tape or glue. I mean for the price the Jag works I guess. Like I said, it's the "you get what you pay for". If you have no choice (funds just aren't there) you buy something cheap that kind of works. If you have the budget you are much better off getting the professional grade product that is well built, well designed, and will last forever. I mentioned I almost never shoot handheld, so my shoulder rig is a cheap Chinese hunk of junk. It works OK in a pinch (for the rare occasion I need it), but if I used it a lot the stuff about it that is cheap and crappy would really really suck.
 
It's not glue or tape and my T3i is only 700.00... it mounts to the bottom with the same screw in like you said...
