[WTB] DSLR Baseplate: Redrock, Jag35, etc.

As the thread title implies I'm looking a baseplate to put my 5D on rails. Any assistance would be great.

Im trying to sell a Really Right Stuff Redrock Micro microRRS 15mm clamp. Its brand new in box.

Best and most solid way to mount a DSLR using Really Right Stuff Arca-Swiss clamps and plates. They are the top of the line.

Also, is the bottom of that threaded, so that it coud go on to a tripod?

Yes thats exactly what its for. Remember you would have to have the really Right Stuff B2 LR II Lever Clamp too.

Also, is the bottom of that threaded, so that it coud go on to a tripod?

And yea it is. You can mount a QR plate to the bottom of it, or mount it directly to a tripod.

That set up is really tempting, but it makes the overal cost something like $400 or thereabouts. I'm afraid that's going to a be a little too steep. I'm thinking the thing I'd want would be a standard Redrock Baseplate.

Yea that is a cheaper and still very nice way to go. I use my gear for photography as well and use RRS for all my support gear. So I wanted to be able to swap my cameras between photo and video support all using the same plates. This one I'm selling is just an extra that I didn't end up needing and never used.
