There seemed to be all these dropouts and glitches within the frame. i shot 720 24pn onto my p2 card. then connected my cam to the computer and copied the files over. then imported into fcp.

I started to freak out. I recopied the clip using a different computer and a different firewire cable and imported straight from the cam instead of copying then importing. the glitch wasnt there anymore. Maybe it was my firewire or computer or importing?
One weird note: When i connected my cam via firewire only 1 of 2 p2 cards were mounting correctly to my desktop(not sure if the glitch clip was from the faulty card). a friend seemed to think it was possibly because i didnt format the card (again) after i copied the footage off from the shoot before. There was only a clip or two so i just deleted instead of reformating. Could this explain the problem with the mounting?
I guess i ran into two seperate problems, maybe the same. Anyone with experience or thoughts about this?
