drop frame vs. non drop frame

Hi again,
I am editing this project for broadcast and it needs to out putted to drop frame. Does that mean I need to capture drop frame, or should I capture non-drop frame and export drop frame?

The sources can be either drop or non drop, they have no effect on the duration of the sequence. The broadcast master is drop frame (set sequence to drop frame) so that "real time" can be tracked accurately for duration.

Thank you for the fast response Micheal.
Im doing this project in Premeire because of the time crunch on this and I work much faster in it. Is there any issues I should know about creating this in Premiere? I would use Xpress pro but Im not as smooth in it and this is the first time working with this producer so I want to make sure Im fast and know my way around the software.
