I am not a tester but I thought I'd report an issue I had with the 176 GOP1 Hack. Works great (no spanning of course) but when I was taking stills and then decided to press the red movie button to grab some video I got an error message telling me the write speed of the card wasn't high enough (I was using Sandisk 30mb/s)--then the camera froze and wouldn't turn off until I ejected the battery.
It started right back up but it was a little scary. Apologies if this issue has already been reported and discussed.
