dreaded mount wobble, what can I do?

Despite my best efforts to avoid it, my lens mount has begun to wiggle when I pull focus.

I thought I was supporting my lenses properly and keeping weight off the mount but I guess I didn't do it enough.

What are my options? Should I contact Sony tech services?
