I'd guess it was done the same way. A lot of talented people standing and being rigged as still as possible +CGI money, cards and smoke frozen in mid-air. Especially because it looks like the woman in the middle-right moves her arm slightly at 1:09.

Still amazing.
 
This has been so overdone now. Commercials, Movies (the other guys) TNT promos, Other music videos (T-Pain). If you can find the link to the original Phillips ad they show how it is done. It was cool , now it is playedout.

The women here are most voluptuos :)
Dre's rap is most symplistic ! meant in a very good way
and Nate Dog Vocals was/is the resonator !
