I'm just going off the cuff and coming right out and asking.
My group mainly makes movies, you can check out our work at my signature below on vimeo. We shot our last movie with the Sony V1U which worked very well for us, and I still happen to own. Right now we may be gearing up for a new feature to start as early as July 6th, 2009. We were talking with a DP who owns a RED and was extremely interested in shooting with us after he saw what we were able to do with the V1U and he liked the quality of our work. Because of scheduling conflicts he can no longer work on the movie which means we lost the RED, however he says he doesn't mind loaning me his Sony Z1.
Now to the question, is there anyone in Atlanta who wants to join a project that happens to own an Ex1? A RED is great, if you have it like that, but an EX1 would be more than cool for this project.
We're looking at a light hearted comedy along the wackyness of "Pineapple Express." We can easily shoot with either the V1U or the Z1, but I'd rather have a huge jump in quality. I'm finishing up a feature now and the new movie production schedule is extremely time sensitive. There's no money for this project. Our last project had a modest budget, but we were able to do a lot of great things and we currently have many people interested in us because of it. The new project came about with an opening in time and opportunity - so we're trying to seize it. We generally don't run business this way.

My group has a great reputation, we just happen to be under considerable time contraints and money constraints as we start this next project.

Other Equip we have includes 3 Arri Light Kits, Professional Sennheizer 416 Mic, 24 Bit 96Khz Digital Recording System, Crane, etc. So we have lots of equipment and lots of talent that knows how to use it. We're just hoping to upgrade the cam.
