Hi All,
I have recently partnered with a producer in San Diego and we are planning to shoot three shorts, a 5 minute and two 30 minute, this year. We also have three feature scripts we want to develop and shoot over the next few years.
We are looking for a talented DP that gets our certain sense of style and humor. We would prefer someone young who wants to get their feet wet, so to speak, and develop their skills while working with us. Having your own lights is a plus, and a good idea in the long term, but not essential. We have two HVX200s and will possibly venture into shooting with the RED, my friend is buying one and I might as well. So this would be a great opportunity to get your hands on this stuff.
Please respond with a little about yourself and your experience. If you don't have much that's okay. We're planning on shooting the first short in early July, so there is a lot of time to get to each other. We are looking more for someone who fits in with our crew than anything, but talent is always nice.
