Hello everybody,
After spending a lot of time here I've decided that I'm going to stop trying to be a DP and focus on my producing and directing.
I'm producing a 30 second iPod, spec commercial some time in April (I'm flexible on dates) and would like to find a good, local DP to use as well as a good sound person. It's a pretty simple concept, but I want it done well and I seem to mess things up a bit when i get behind the camera or play with microphones.
I have most of the equipment needed including a DVX, Firestore, high-hat dolly, lights and such.
The qualified person will not mind working with just a couple person on the crew since the location is in the living room of my house.
There will be some pay for all involved. It should be one 4-6 hour day.
Please, PM me if you're interested and i can give you a hint as to what the concept will be.

PS-I'm not opposed to shooting on something like the JVC HDV camera as well just to see how that works out.
