Downloading version 2.0 for FS700...Problems

Friends. Went to the Sony Asia site for the V.2 download and could not get the download to launch working in Mac. Anyone else had this problem? What other problems have there been with that download(to enable use of the zoom rocker switch with the PZ 18-200).
 
Thanks,I was able to download and your post is now on my hard drive. Scared to death I will screw up.....so your counsel important to me. Can I now follow the install guide with my computer connected camera do you think? When you say good until Sept 1....do you mean your Wetransfer post......or the download itsefl?

The download link will expire Sept. 1st - not the firmware.

I had no trouble at all updating the firmware. Just follow the
instructions exactly.
