does anyone know of a website that has random raw footage available for download. i am an editing junkie with no camera and have found myself making random montages in the avid with the same footage.

The next version of Avid software comes with tutorial footage. Perhaps you can try getting a hold of that DVD. Release is for end of June.

... or you could go to http://www.revostock.com/ or http://www.freestockfootage.com/ http://www.artbeats.com/, http://www.dvcuts.com and check out that thread http://www.uemedia.net/CPC/2-pop/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=118634&an=0&page=0 on the http://www.2-pop.com/ forums...

I'll keep you posted if I find some more...

In the meantime, a simple Google search for "free stock footage download" would do it.
