I recently needed to deliver a video from final cut in DV NTSC format and I found the quality results to be unacceptable (jagged edges, etc.), I even found a downcoverted H.264 to give me better quality. Is this common when transferring from ProRes and is there any technique to get better results with NTSC DV format?
