Hey there,

Being an advid Sony Ex1 user, I am now working on a documentary thats shooting on the HVX-200. It didn't take me long to understand the camera because of my experiences with the dvx100 series. Since i've started with the camera over 2 weeks ago, I can only say one thing... The ex1 is still may favorite. I'm currently touring across America to work on dougie dog. It's a fun documentary about the HOT DOG craze in America. We are a small group of Canadians hitting all the big stands and restaurants across America in a 1988 Vintage 5 speed dodge Caravan.

dougie dog : The Documentary :

America consumes nearly 20 billion hot dogs every year, that’s an average of 70 hot dogs per person! Hot dogs are even a regular meal item for NASA astronauts in space. Ripe with history and tradition, hot dogs seem to be the ‘American’ food. Why is the hot dog so popular within the United States?
dougiedog the documentary will give viewers a first hand perspective on this $2.1 billion industry as dougie and his team travel from Vancouver, Canada across the USA in their 5 speed, 1988 Chrysler Dodge Caravan, on their quest to discover the secrets behind the phenomenon known as the ‘dog’.
Their travels will take them to all sorts of hot dog institutions from road side stands and campus holes in the wall, to celebrity hangouts and supersized restaurants, as dougie discovers how and why hot dogs are prepared, consumed, and sold the way they are in the country.

cheers,
