Don't tell me she's ugly!

Don't tell me that the Af100 is ugly. I think she's a beautiful beast.

If your setup were any heavier I would be really worried about the way those carbon fiber rods only have one attachment point. But you're probably light enough that it isn't a problem. Looks very practical, btw.

I thought I recognized the landscape in your photos, John.

[Yoak]

I think mine looks more like an old lady than a beautifull beast. With the 20mm Lumix it just looks like and old iron

[Seamus McFlannel]

That's what mine looks like stripped down with the Nikon 24mm.
She still puts out though.

[jaerin]

Seamus, is that the Obox on your lady?

[heavyG]

Seamus, is that the Obox on your lady?

certainly looks like an 'O'Box - I really like mine, and all the attachment points have come in handy.

[jaerin]

heavyG, I've been eyeing the 'O'Box for quite some time. I just wanted to ask if the "cheese stick" comes with it: the bar at the top with different mounting points. The product pics i've seen from vendor sites didnt have it on and I wanted to know if it is an accessory you have to purchase in addition.

Both of mine came with the cheese stick, eyebrow, 2 -4x4 filter frames & 2 4x5.6 filter frames. Bellows, oGrips etc are extra.

It is an "O"Box, and it does come with the cheese stick and everything heavyG said it came with. It is incredibly well built, light and strong.

Are you in Silver Spring or Ellicott City?

my parents live in silver spring whom I visit once a week. (I grew up there). I live on my own in EC

[Seamus McFlannel]

I get down to Ellicott City quite a bit. I used to live in Woodstock road, off of Rt. 99.
