Bag of Douche
If so I wanna hear about it!
I have a shoot coming up - and it'll be the first time I'm using the camera. After reading these forums for as long as I have, I think I have enough of an understanding to use it out in the field for a weekend. I was just curious about any little "easter eggs" in referencee to the camera.
What I mean by this is - well I'll give you an example: On a Canon ZR-60 there are several modes hidden inside the menus, modes like: Sports, Auto, Snow, Sand etc. There is one called "Spotlight" this isn't on the top of the list, and looks pretty unnoticable on it's own but when it's turned on I've found that the grain in the picture is reduced by up to 60%...
That's a huge difference - and it takes one a while to find and realize it!
I'm assuming there are little things like this in the DVX - if you know any secrets or stupid things ("I hit that button and that made the picture look like this - MAKE SURE YOU DON'T DO THAT MONTE!!!") make sure to post it here
