Hi guys:)

This is a test me and my roomate did with a homemade longboard dolly.. it's not exactly a dolly.. we just put a box on top of a longboard and then put the tripod on top of it..
hehe :)

I think if I spend a little more time on it I can get it completely smooth, this is just a very short test so you'll see some bad focusing and wiggles etc.. But I'm happy with the result:)

Looks good. I used a old thin rolled up carpet that I had laying around with a camera dolly a couple times with smooth results.

Have you tried the roll in/zoom out trick?

Cool stuff, you can get some pretty decent looking travels with the use of a skateboard :)

Remember we once used a doorplate from an Ikea closet which we placed upon a skateboard with tightened trucks, placed tripod on the doorplate and then we put on a lot of heavy books on each side of the doorplate to push the weight down on the skateboard while keeping it balanced. Worked like a charm!

Thanks :)

Yeah well that was almost what we did:P
Only.. we didn't tighten the trucks..

Ey smettli, just a tip.. (in norwegian)

Takk for tipset!
