Evening all,

I am just trying to cast a few eyes onto my latest short, and I have always considered this a respectable, affable forum, so viewings from here would mean an awful lot to me.

I haven't really got any additional materials to release with the film as yet, although there are some potential BTS depending on the film's reception.

I can tell you that it was shot over a weekend in February, and edited sporadically at a slow pace since.

I am proud of it, and for me, it is my grotesque, repulsive little baby.

I think you switched left and right..... the guy is coming from the right side, but I hear him coming from the left side... (02:20)


There's some sync problem...the steps are I think about 4 frames to early (so audio-track few frames to the left)

Some sound effects like the hittings don't match with the sound

The shot with the key in it, where the girl is trying to reach it is very nice (the idea of it)

The water, it was there suddenly ? Or it's there with a purpose ?

For me everything is in right place and in right order. Excellent work.
I am excited to watch the whole movie. When it will be released?

Hi dre83,

Thanks for the comments. As for the left to right, I intentionally wanted it to be as disorientating and jarring as possible, so the line switch, and indeed the off audio pan, was something I intended to do. The house we shot in is very 'labyrinthian', so I thought I'd play up to it.

Afraid to say this is the whole film....

It was our intention to make a fairly enigmatic short with intriguing characters, although saying that, we would love turn it into a longer web series, so your comments are very encouraging.

Enjoyed this very much, i think the first few minutes could be shortened a bit to help it flow a little better, but overall excellent work.

From the composition, to the camera movement to the acting all very strong.

Thank you very much! That means an awful lot!

Unfortunately we don't really have the resources to document our production processes that well, but I will keep an eye on the website's comments and answer anything that comes up. Should be better than me mindlessly shouting out everything I can possibly think of :).
