So Ive been working on making a Documentary about my bulldog Gus. Yes, Ill post it here. I have 2 dogs Gus and Bella. Tuesday Nights my little brother ( Jimmy) and I have to take the dogs for a walk. I tried telling my dad and my little brother to let me walk Gus while my brother takes Bella. Dad "No Max, it's Jimmy's turn to walk Gus. (Gus walks faster than Bella). I reluctantly said "Okay Lets Go". Fast forward about 5 Minutes. I see a Lady in the distance with her Dog. We continue walking. Im praying (well not actually praying but you get the point) that Jimmy does not lose Gus on the leash and Gus goes after that woman's dog.... Dad, I told you let me walk Gus. Jimmy loses the leash and of course Gus goes after the dog. Her dog was not bitten once or injured in any way. Back to what I was saying about the Documentary. I guess I can add that in there. :D

Luckily the Lady didn't want to sue my parents. If you have any "Dog Stories" If you want go ahead and tell em.

Mcgee, THAT's a rescue dog? Looks more like K9 in the pic. Teeth and such.

"here he is guys, we found the little boy who was lost. Don't be afraid of the dog, son He is a trained rescue dog, he just looks like he wants to rip your throat out. Kid, where are you going? And why are you screaming like that?"

My dogs are dead.

Thanks for bringing it up.

Sorry to hear that. :(

...Honestly I thought you were kidding at first, but after a good chuckle, I started thinking "What if it was my dog?"

Here's Rydell. Don't worry - he always looks sad.

My dog was a clever one. He would always somehow manage to frame me for mischievous acts. On several occasions Rembrandt, as we used to call him, would relieve himself of the absolute worst smelling gas. My family always got angry at me for stinking up the entire room for half an hour. It was amazing. He would just be lying there like nothing ever happened; didn't make one sound. Professional. I would have to say one of Rembrandt's greatest feats was when he convinced my sisters I was a selfish, greedy pig. One of my sister's friends had made my sister some cookies for her birthday. Jessica lets me know that I can have one cookie and one cookie only, she wanted to save the remaining few for the rest of my family. After she tells me that they are downstairs on the table, I headed that way to indulge in some homemade cookie goodness. Only do I find that Rembrandt has somehow used the chair to elevate himself just high enough finish off the plate. This is quite impressive for a cocker-spaniel. Of course my sisters didn't believe my story, the true story, and I had to take the fall.

I didn't even get a cookie.

I was kidding. Well, not really. They are dead. The last one died while I was at NAB...

sigh

Now I am depressed.

He is a total wuss.

LOVES people.

We take him to the dog park and he ignores the dogs and goes up to EVERY person to get some love.

He's great.

Our dog (actually my daughter's dog) ,a boxer/great dane mix named Bunny., bit a guy in my building a month ago. She had her on the leash and was briging her back in after...well you know, and this guy thought he was the Dog Whisperer, I believe he was trying to impress my daughter , who looks way to old for her age. He actually came back from the elevator to try to pet the dog. My daughter told him to stay back, she is getting used to new people (we are new to apartment life)
HE GETS DOWN ON THE FLOOR,IN THE DOGS FACE! Says "I love dogs, they love me" Well naturally she growls at him, my daughter warns him again the dog takes awhile to get used to strangers. He has both hands on either side of the dogs head "Really?Really? You gonna growl at me?" Rubbing her head. And BAM She bits him in his face! His lip is messed up bad. looks like he had a cleft lip as a child that was not repaired well. Feel bad for the guy but..man, what do you do? Lucky he has not taken any legal action. I had to call his Lt. Col to keep him out of having Rabies Shots.
Moral of the Story: If you have teenage daughters, get a big dog.
