Perfect for a holiday gift!

Hey all, I'm selling a wonderful tool for those who crave that cinematic DOF (Depth of Field) look:

4' X 3' SoftScreen + Supersoft panel with Cleaning Kit + Carrying Case!!!

I used it only once this past summer -with great results- for a short DVfilm. I am selling it because I’m shooting more 16mm/35mm now so I really don't have the need to create extra DOF.

*Although in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind 2004 Michel Gondry/Director, they used a similar device to achieve a creative diffused look...while shooting on film*

It is in perfect condition. Mint.

I paid $645.46 (including S&H which was $98) total. I am selling it for much cheaper then this. $545.46 OBO.

The DOF look is not created optically (in camera) that is correct... It would not be wise to use for certain shots because it is 4' x 3' as previously stated. We used it for some blocked MCU and all CU shots. It creates an instant Depth of Field look to any shot. At times we used C-stands and for other shots (where we didn't have much setup ie. time fading daylight) assistants held either side of the Softscreen...
The combination of shooting at the long end of the lens (when not using the Softscreen) and using the screen for most MCU and all CU shots gave us great balance in the end.
If it helps any... we shot 16x9 with Chrosziel mattbox + Softscreen both indoors and out...
Cheers!
