Does this seem legit

i've seen a couple of guys on here mention ordering their camera from that site.

me personally, for an expensive purchase like a camera i would rather pay a little more and get one from an authorized panasonic dealer in the united states like b&h.
 
I can't view your link, but Hong Kong is generally a deal breaker. Some countries, including that one, have very limited legal options in business deals. It's of course fine a lot of times, you have to be smart about it. I buy cameras from Ebay sellers regularly and have never had a problem, but I also check out their feedback and sales history first.
 
The seller has a high and good feedback rating. Other than this GH1 (I love the GH1 in red) the highest amount seems to be $700 (GH1 bodies) the rest seem to be under $50. However, with both eBay and PayPal (same company) backing you, the stated 7-day money back, less return shipping, personally, I wouldn't sweat it. I buy stuff from Hong Kong all the time, only downside is the time it takes to get the things. If you want it, go for it.
