Does the FZ35/38 & GH1 have the same frame rate?

I've been looking at the GH1 to replace my FZ28 = HF100 combo. My FZ28 + HF100 has proven to be a great combo, but require camera shuffling (ie, do I want video or stills?). Then the FZ35 is announced. But I'm confused by the specs. Would its frame rate be the same as the GH1 in 720?

The FZ35 specs are:

1280x720,
NTSC Mode: 60p (CCD output is 30p)
(AVCHD Lite, SH: 17Mbps / H:13Mbps / L:9Mbps )
/ 30fps (Motion JPEG)

Panasonic's site shows the GH1 as:

NTSC: [Full HD] 1920 x 1080, 60i (sensor output is 24fps)(FHD: 17Mbps) [HD] 1280 x 720, 60p (SH: 17Mbps, H: 13Mbps, L: 9Mbps)

60p is the smoothest, yes. Looks like the FZ35, by those specs, shoots at 720/30p and embeds the footage into a 60p file. But it'll look like 30p.
