Does Hvx Include p2 card?

I know this may have been discussed before but,does everyone get their hvx including any capacity of p2 card?
Cause i live in europe and i purchase mine from SF,US.And the dealer said none of hvx package include p2 card,they are extra cost.Now i hear some people bought with p2 but maybe it makes difference on the price.I bought 4200$ a year ago...

In the USA, if you buy an authorized unit from an authorized dealer, it will include a 16GB card and the HVX Book.

If you're outside the USA, then there's no guarantee. I know some territories (like southeast Asia and Australia) have offered free cards, but I don't know the current state of their offers.

Every territory makes this decision for themselves as to what incentives, bundles, packages, and prices they offer.
 
If you buy it in Canada, you will get neither a free P2 card nor Barry's book. (Don't even get me started...).
