Does DVX 100B output accurate 24p/24pa via firewire

I have the Focus Enhancement FS-4 non pro. It works very well with 60i AVI-2 files and I have about 300 hrs of recording with it. I have not obtained clean 24p or 24pa output and suspected that the device was not handling the 24 pull down properly. I have seen similar concerns in other forums as well as with QT24 files. I am now wondering of the DVX 100b outputs 24p via firewire?

I inquired to Focus about this and after a considerable delay they requested my Tel# to learn more as they said that several others had expressed difficulty in 24p/24pa mode. Since then (over 1 mo.) no further follow up?

Wonder if Barry, Jarred or anyone else has any thoughts?

I really would learn more.... Do not have FS4 but i was planning to buy it.
