no trex,
no harrison ford,
i dought its the Goonies,
no john claude van dam in it,
not honey i shrunk the kids,
I dont think its an aussie flick, aussie flicks don't make it to television:), especially one made many years ago.
nah my dreams were much more disturbing then this.........

it does sound like part of "the princess bride" though, with the running and the quicksand type hole.
