Does anyone have info on these new Panasonic SDHC cards?

Yes. Additionally they have announced some sort of offload verification software. According to panasonic these cards are the p2 cards of the sdhc world. According to hood man they aren't chip on board technology accorrding to sandisk they make all the cards for everyone anyways...

Ok, I'm not sure I'm getting this...are they worth it? The part number doesn't appear to show up on Panasonic's site yet..

First, Sandisk does not make any Panasonic Card, I don't care what they say, it is just not true.

Second, the Silver UHS-1 card is the Professional offering of the UHS-1 line of Products. There is software that you will be able to use for an extended Recovery Application and a Card Checker software as well, download site is in the package and neither of these work with the Gold cards or the cards from SanDisk. It has a one year warranty unlike the Gold one. These are the cards to buy for the most robust and reliable card.

And here is the link on the Panasonic site: http://catalog2.panasonic.com/webap...oreId=11201&catalogId=13051&catGroupId=182542

Best,

jan
