It might be too low to hope for, but I have been approved for spending on a camera the subject line pricing. I see the 150s going on ebay for $2200-$2300 and the 40s going for $1350-$1450... if anyone on the forum has one for the subject line pricing please let me know by sending me a pm...

There is an HMC40 on the BHPhoto Used site for $1400.00 or at least this morning it was there. Rate 9 in condition.

I bought my HMC150 on eBay for 2100. Came with an extra battery and a 16GB SD card. Just keep checking the forums/ ebay.

I sold my HMC40 to a user on here for $1250 with 3 extra 3rd party 6 hour batteries and a Panasonic 6hour battery. They exist... just be patient!

okay! this is very encouraging... ideally i could get the XLR kit for the 40...
if anyone stumbles across this thread and has one for sale please let me know
