Does 6d or 5d2 record in PAL?

I live in the USA. I'm on vacation (away from my cameras) and have a client that I'm going to be shooting something for when I get back. I'll be then sending it over to them in Europe to get edited. They are asking if I can film in 25 PAL so it match's up with all the footage they've already captured over there. Is it possible to just switch either the 6d or 5d2 over from NTSC to PAL? I'm seeing mixed responses online and don't know if you need a camera bought in a certain region to have the PAL option.
 
You really should just go through the settings.... I can change between NTSC and Pal as I please. Can't remember where it is though... probably under the play button tab.
 
On a 5D3; go to the wrench/spanner icon, you'll find PAL and NTSC selectable under 'Video System'. You then need to change your format in the 'Movie' tab to 1080p25.
