Do you use Google?

I love having Isara as my homepage... You can actually create your own personal links too... Just like how you have a toolbar with quick links, you can do the same on Isara and it shows up on the top left.

*cough, cough*bump*cough,cough*
 
I've bookmarked isara as well. It's one more step to, " War is over! if you want it."

(at least in my opinion.)
 
Why not, I'll chip in, I'm always game for stirring up trouble...

Can it be added to FireFox's search window?

Wow, Thanks everyone! :) I couldn't have written better posts if I tried.

This month we're really trying to get as many people as possible to discover the site and how easy it is to make a difference. Just by making a minor change in people's surfing habits. I basically deleted my Google, Hotmail, and Gmail bookmarks (in Firefox) because Isara has links to them all, right on the frontpage. That way, if I ever need to check e-mail, I just visit Isara and help a good cause at the same time. Walla!

BenB - I don't think we can get it hooked up to the Firefox search bar. They have a deal with Google and probably make money from it too. But I guarantee they don't do the same things we do with the revenue. :) Also, I hear they like to kick puppies and juggle kittens. :(
 
I told some old friends about ISARA on recent trip.

They thought it was cool.

Gotta get around to emailing everyone though and telling them to switch

I have a link to Isara in my AOL Instant Messenger profile, so it's getting tons of visits from all of my idolizing teenage lady-friends.

I Love the charity work your doing over there. My mother and her boyfriend have been taking trips to ecuador for the past 7 years building hospitals there, and there also going to appalachia this year. I'm defintly going to set isara.com as my home page, great stuff going on here!

The reason why some people are skeptical is because we rarely hear about these kind of things. We typically only hear about people getting rich (milliondollarhomepage) or people stealing from others (girlscout leader who stole the cookie money - true story). So if people can't believe Isara then I understand why. We're told every day not to trust people. But, for the skeptics, I have just one thing to say, "It's for real. Believe it." Wait, that's two things. :)

Thanks to everyone who has made the switch and posted on this thread. I can't tell you how much it means.

Good info but I think he meant his wife is skeptical of the fact that he likes to help people, lol.

I'm guessing because according to her he doesn't take the garbage out enough, etc. :grin:

So he was saying his wifey is skeptical of him, not ISARA I don't think.

Hey BTW, thanks for jetting into LA on a moments notice while I was there last weekend, taking me out in that limo and showing me such a great time at all those strip clubs on the Sunset Strip. (nice jet too BTW) :thumbsup:

PK....Its so OBVIOUS that you've Photoshopped the hell out of that hospital pic. J/K. Isara has been my homepage for months now and my desktop, my laptop and my girlfriends laptop...

It's a beautiful thing...
 
Anyone know if there's a hack for Safari (OS X) that would let you replace the Google search field with Isara?

Edit: Ok, I just realized how incredibly dumb that question was.

Hey PK ... can you ad the option for IMAGE searching?

I always open Isara as my homepage but use the google search box in Firefox because I can't find those images I need on Isara and will have to go to Google anyway.
