Don't threaten JDS... he'll mess your face up.

I can believe that. But he'll have to drive down from Brooklyn, so I wont pay it anymind until his Location changes to Charlotte Suburbs. Then I will start locking the bedroom windows.

Isara just celebrated it's 1,000th helmet donation.

In the past two weeks Isara has donated another 150 helmets and spoken to more than 3,000 students. Despite these efforts another 3 students have been killed in accidents in just the past two days, one was a student at my college. But I did see more than 3 students wearing the Isara helmets today so that was good.

There is a helmet law but its not enforced. We are requesting a meeting with the governor about making it school policy that helmets must be worn on school property. They have a strict No Smoking policy for students, why not a strict helmet policy. Accidents might kill you today (and in Thailand the chances are VERY high), but smoking takes a long time to kill you.

Interesting fact. 90% of all vehicle fatalities occur in developing countries. Despite developed countries having more vehicles.

This month Isara is celebrating its 3 year anniversary of creating charity projects and it wouldn't have been possible without DVXuser. Since this topic was last updated Isara has opened a free learning center in Thailand, donated 1,000 more helmets, and given 20+ scholarships to students. In total your clicks and searches have helped fund more than 70 projects in 4 countries. And now we need your searches even more as we plan to expand into India and Africa.

Zaza - Thanks! Glad to have you and the Road Runner on board.

Penquin - Thank you for your continued support. Question: Does it count as "pulling a penquin" if it's my own topic?

PK - you also have a donation link somewhere if someone wants to donate a little change over from paypal to your addy, maybe they don't want to use Isara as a homepage, but you do accept one-time donations, right?

Charli, Terry, and Justin - Thanks. :)

We do accept donations and 100% goes directly to charity projects. http://support.isara.org

We ask people to make us their homepage (or use us for Google searches) simply because it's an easy way to make helping others become part of your daily routine, for free. And we eventually want to be the first self-sufficient charity so we need web traffic to make that happen.

Any help spreading the word is greatly appreciated.
