do you export as progressive when shooting 25p

hi this is prolly a stupid question but I know that u export as dv lower feilds first on premier when shotting normal interlaced, but when shotting 25p (or 24p) do u export as progressive.
also wat happens when u export progressie wen shooting interlaced.

I think that's a good question I've wondered many times.

The DVX captures progressive frames but the frames are converted into fields in order to be recorded as DV.

Barry's book says that interlaced video produced by the DVX can be deinterlaced by a NLE to recover the original and progressive footage...

The question is can we export that progressive video in order to be played back in progressive devices such as plasma TV or tranfer to film?
