Do I NEED rails for AF/Olympus 14-35 lens combo

Just got the AF and love it! I want to make sure that everything is secure, etc, so are rails needed with this lens combo? It seems like everything is stable enough, and nothing appears to be sagging, but I don't know if that changes over time and use.

i believe u can use any lens with weight up to 1 kg, but if its more then u need lens support
