Do I need a Zfinder if I'm already getting an iKan v5600??

Hey guys. I posted in another area by mistake. This goes here so I'm reposting.

I'm planing on buying an external monitor and arm anyway, so I'm wondering if I really need a Zacuto or LCDVF? I'll be using a tripod/fluid head, slider, kessler crane, 3rd Arm, shoulder rig and occasionally a steadicam merlin that I bought tonight. The iKan will work on all those except maybe the Merlin, but the Zfinder I can only see being a benefit on a shoulder mount, and even then, probably more for additional support more than anything compared to the iKan. This is for a 7D.

My gut tells me that if I have the display, I can save my money and NOT get a zfinder. Does that make sense or do I need both?
 
good for outdoor with harsh sunlight.
good for checking focus.
good cause it doesn't need batteries and it's very lightweight


do you wear glasses?
if yes get z-finder
if not get lcdvf - much cheaper and just as good

just my 2 cents
