Do I have a AG-HMC150P or AG-HMC150PJ for rebate purposes?

My sticker on the box/UPC says AG-HMC150PJ. My camera says AG-HMC150P.

Which do I use for my rebate form or is that not too big of an issue?

Eehh... I wondered about that, too. I think I went with ...150PJ.

But I haven't gotten my card & battery yet though, so take that for what it's worth.

You have the normal HMC150 Panasonic USA variation. The HMC151 allows you to record in both PAL and NTSC standards.

Let's see, I ordered my camera mid-March, got my camera around April 5th and the offer was valid thru April 15th... I believe I sent it in around April 10th.

As of a few weeks ago it's been registered in their rebate tracker as "fulfilled", stating "check to be mailed in 8-14 weeks". Meaning I'm to hold my breath through July... :S

I just happened to spot this on another HMC150 forum answering your question:

"Well, I called Panasonic - they were great BTW - the P indicates it's NTSC. The J meant the camera was Air Shipped, as opposed to going via water."
