From what I gather the overall bitrate setting accounts for additional non-video data. Is there any additional data that isn't audio? Is there anything to be gained or lost by setting the 50-52-60 settings to 50-56-60, for example? Is the extra bandwidth ever put to use? Does allocating extra bandwidth to that setting rob any bandwidth from the video? If the difference is just audio why even set it 2M higher; why not just 500k, or even just 200k?
I've done some stability testing with this value changed around and it doesn't seem to make any difference.
