This Phantom 3 Professional 4k bundle includes all the original parts and accessories, in addition to a custom hardshell backpack, 2 extra batteries (3 total), 4 extra props, and an upgraded radio unit.
The radio has been upgraded to include not only an HDMI monitor output, but has been moded to increase signal quality. Internal parts have been upgraded and the flimsy "fold and tuck" antenna have been replaced with durable screw-on antenna. I will post below the details of the modifications, which cost me nearly $500 dollars.
Owned for less than a year by professional videographer (myself). Used very rarely and extremely carefully. Never crashed or dropped, I've had zero issues with this machine. Showing no motor mount cracks or any defects of any kind. I've included a screen grab of a recent flight showing a distance of over 8000ft with full radio signal . This is not the max flight distance, just a sample.

Specifications of the modification performed by FDRdroneMods.com:
This radio has been modified for Optimal Signal Performance using the highest quality SMA cables available. Radio has been upgrade with the HDMI Output Board so that you may connect to a 2nd monitor. Each radio is carefully worked on and tested to insure that its working properly. Radio comes with a set of 5dbi antennas.
The stock wires are made out of aluminum and are extremely thin and poorly shielded. We replace those wires with High quality thick copper & silver cable that is well shielded to prevent loss and interference. Copper& Silver conducts much better than aluminum which is why the video stream is smoother and the range is increased. We also use the original holes and install SMA connectors so now your radio is able to accept different antennas and can transmitting a much stronger and cleaner signal while maintaining that OEM Stock look. Having the antennas too close together can cause interference between themselves so keeping them as far apart as possible and using a well shielded low loss cable is key to getting the best signal out of your radio.
Why is this radio Modification more expensive than the other competitors?
We do not drill holes nor install Inexpensive SMA connectors and cables and leave the stock antennas in place so that your radio looks like a cluttered mess. We modify each radio using the best parts available for this Modification. We could offer you that same service they provide and mod your radio for a $100-$150 but we’d only be taking your money and giving you a product that doesn’t work as well and that then requires boosters to get better results which is what they want you to do so you can spend more of your hard earn cash and bulk up your radio with a bunch of things that could go wrong. We run the new SMA connectors thru the original antenna holes so this takes time and careful adjustments to moving components are made to make them fit. Also having the antennas too close together will cause interference between them so keeping them as far apart as possible and using a well shielded low loss cable is key to avoiding interference and how we get the best signalout of your radio. Adding boosters although really not needed will increase this radio mod’s signal significantly and that would be more than what the Inspire 1 or Phantom 3 is capable of traveling at this time due to battery limitations. (Inspire 1/Phantom 3 Battery & Antenna Mods Are Available)
Since we don’t make our own antennas yet we went and obtained several different antennas & antenna kits and spent countless hours testing them to see what would work best, not only work the best but are simple to use and will fit in your case. What we found was that the inexpensive Omni Directional antennas worked the best not the overpriced directional ones. So we’ve selected the best Omni directional antennas that work well with this setup.
