DJI Phantom 3 ?

Rumor: An announcement will be made on October 27th.

Just a rumor I read on the DJI Phantom Owners' Facebook page.

I would like it to be true. We shall see.

The phantom vision has received some minor upgrades but regarding the new machine:

UAVDirect.com issue this information in a marketing email earlier this week.

To my understanding, the information is mostly speculation at this point.

Something is out there, but DJI isn't disclosing anything publicly as yet.

Photos have been leaked today of a test flight, judging by the patent the body must lower in flight to take the props out of shot which is a nice idea.

Far more interesting is the hex in the background with redundant GPS pucks. Wonder what's up with that.
