I just picked up my first DVX100B and was looking into some accessories. I've managed to find a used wide angle lens for $400 but in my google searching I stumbled upon a page that lists directions for a Do It Yourself lens. Being the budget savvy / handyman that I am, my interest instantly peaked.
Has anyone else heard or used this before? If so, how does it compare to the wide angle Panasonic lens adapter that costs around $1,000 brand new... whereas this can be had for around $100.
