EDIT: Let me make this simple. These breakdowns reflect what it cost me to get this stuff to my door.
WBT Silver Solder is $.28 per foot for DVXuser members with 20 posts or more. This is the lowest cost you will find even if you buy 239 feet (a half pound spool). A guy on ebay sells this for $4.50 @ 3' minimum (shipped). My cost on bulk is $1.44 per 3' (including shipping/packaging) to you, so that's what you pay.
Kester 2% Silver Solder is $.08 per foot. I think it's probably close to the quality of the WBT and it's what I'd normally use.
Kester 60/40 flux 44. $.03 per foot. This is the world standard solder for connectors and electronics. If you want some of this for FREE with some of the other two then just ask.
Shipping and packaging is $.60 for 1-20 feet... and add $.37 for every additional 1-20 feet, etc. This gets your package shipped USPS First Class, in an ultra-light bubble-mailer with the solder individually packaged in tough 4-mil ziplock pouches. If you get either of the first two solders and you want to just try some Kester 44 I'll throw that in for free.
Why am I doing this? I buy a ton of stuff and I thought this would be a nice perk for DVXuser members. I will lose a few cents on every order, but I figured as long as you pay something I won't have to deal with people that just take anything if it's free.
