Hey guys I just found a cool link on DIY ring lights, I don't know if its been posted before but I thought I'd share http://home.planet.nl/~heuv0283/ringlight2.html
I plan on making a ring light using the method above and the idea of using the stock dvx battery as a power source like what jarred did a while back. http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=18059
Only problem is that I dont really know where to start lol. I've never really sodered anything really and don't know which LED's to get. I checked that projectx.com site but it seems to have changed to something else now.
The dvx battery should be more than enough to supply power for 2 or 3 rows of led's right?
