DIY Rig used for HMC40

I recently created a DIY rig and I'm super happy. It does everything I wanted it to do. No completely finished but for the most part I am. I just painted everything black and ordered some grips for it. Very easy to do once all the right pieces were found!

Hi Guys

Any camcorder frame is very basic to make. I made this YouTube clip ages ago showing the basic assembly using some aluminium offcuts and bicycle foam grips..you can see how long ago it was by looking at the camera, an old Panasonic DS50 single chip MiniDV!!

Looks like a great way to have the wired mic, monitor and even a wireless together. Will look into dooing this too with my 40.
