I'll do some pics when I'm done but dont hold your breath just yet. I'm kind of tied up and probably wont finish it till next week sometime.

Yep, I got all my details out of the first post. There are A LOT of details there!!! :)

I figured some links might help people as the people at Lowe's were quite unhelpful to what I wanted. They were trying to get me to buy the whole tap/die set and I did not need that for this!

Hey Zaza,
I'm planing to build a slider like Cine Slider
http://www.kesslercrane.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=283

Using this from Igus
http://igus.bdol.com/pdf/drylindrive.pdf

If you have any experience on this or Positive & negative points? Please share

I'm interested in SLW series. (let me know if any other series have more advantage and best for us).
Model SLW 1660 three (3) feet. Most economical with this long of a stroke, Total weight 9.92 lbs).
Igus rep. quote it $489.
I will be using this either with View Factor's Motor (from Follow Focus System) or Vazizoom's Motors (from Robotic motor).

Thanks

To be honest... I'd get the Kessler. The SLW is a screw drive....ZLW is a belt. I've played with the ZLW but wasn't impressed. I think by the time you find the parts, etc... it would be cheaper & better to go Kessler. IMHO
