Disturbia

I like the departed blaine. I just didnt like the carbon copyiness and that film felt cheaper. look at some of the location choices for the departed compared to the infernal affiars.... plus MS has made better films than the departed..

with disturbia I as a 21 year see this film as an update to a classic which I know many people on earth dont watch film past the 1980's 70's if you're lucky...

with the departed it took a film lest than 5 years old and made it again... I guess what I dislike about most remakes is film with less than 20 years.... such as robo cop and predator being done up now...

I who who lived in asia enjoy asian films, I don't hate american films but MS has mad better original films and wins it with something I feel like he put no heart into to it. with goodfellas, raging bull, mean streets, and raging bull I felt someting in those films: Heart... but with the departed anyone could have directed and and would have been good. if anyone else made goodfellas who could have done it better? coppala, del palma? MAYBE.... but with the departed tarnintino could have did it or Joe shimo down the street.

So i like hitchcock's version no doubt, but looking at this film for a teenage young adult film the writing is like How I talk and others i know or seen talk, and its about a subject I like it ... and it wasn't a she all that type movie I think I was very happy with the result taking something old and giving it something new from a different perspective a teenager who well no one really takes kids seriously if something bad is going on....

With the departed I got the same movie in boston and with marky mark....

Haha, yes the boom mic.
I saw the very first one and was like "hey look you can see the mic" to my friend. So then a little bit later it's hanging down and he started cracking up. The whole audience was like um...are you serious. It was with the spanish teacher, over the students, and over the judge in the following scene. And that's all I noticed.

Also, I don't know if it was just our theatre, but when they introduced the girl her head was cut off for quite a long time. Did anyone else notice this, because the framing seemed really off towards the beginning.

Just saw it, worth watching. David Morse is one creepy mother f'er. I'm kinda easy to scare (I dont startle easy but I pick up that uneasy nervousness like nobodies business). I thought overall it was pretty good and it freaked me out enough in the parts it was supposed to lol. Shia Labeouf is gonna be a huge star soon and I was curious how he would do in the role and he did great so no complaints here on his part. His buddy Ronnie was pretty funny IMO and he did a great job although his part wasn't a main one. Sarah Roamer....ah yes sexy throughout, I ain't gonna lie. Shia's a pimp, first her now Fox that he romances with in Transformers....yep pimp.

I'de go see this if I were you, its not AMAZING and its not TERRIBLE but its a bit past the OK mark. :)

I'll tell you one remake I'm looking forward to. Clash Of The Titans. That movie had the worst effects ever and I still liked it. Imagine if it was done up Hollywood style. It would rock.

hey guys. I just watched rear window.

anyway.... shia lebouf is sort of annoying in some odd way. something about his face... he seems smug?

well i heard he was... but im trying not to see thatg the more i know about the personal side the more i tend to dislike. russell crowe etc.

but yea he is an ass during constanitne in an interview he sounds like "It's awesome (sarcasm)" downing the film instead of enjoying like the other cast members seemed.
