GH3 Disadvantages of using old glass with an adapter

Adding on to that, Rokinon is/will be making these in focal lengths conducive to m43 sensor use: 8mm, 14, 24, 35, and 85.

Except the 8mm and 14mm don't allow for filter use outside of a mattebox, which is a shame. The 14mm especially is pretty nice.

Problems with infinity focus? Losing sharpness / colours?

most of that has to do with the quality of adapter you buy and the specific lenses themselves. i always used old nikkor glass with a rayqual adapter with my gh2 and never had any obvious issues...
